VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT

Payment Terms: An initial payment of 50% of the total amount is required upon signing the promise to lease. The second payment of 50% is due no later than 5 days prior to taking possession of the premises. A security deposit is also required no later than 5 days prior to taking possession.

The owner or their representative may visit the premises once per month during the rental, the tenant is given at least 24h advance notice.

Any promise to lease is conditional upon a meeting between the owner and the prospective tenants, following which the owner reserves the right to approve or decline the rental at their sole discretion.
