1) A minimum notice of forty-eight hours is required prior to any visit, in order to allow the current tenants to prepare the unit.

2) The tenants must sign a copy of the declaration of co-ownership to acknowledge that they have read and understood it and agree to comply with its rules and regulations.

3) Any promise to lease is conditional upon the completion of a credit check. The results must be deemed satisfactory at the sole discretion of the landlord and the broker. Failing this, the landlord reserves the right to declare the promise to lease null and void.

4) Any promise to lease is conditional upon the signing of a lease issued by the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL) between the landlord and the tenant within ten days following acceptance of the promise to lease. Failing signature within this delay, the landlord reserves the right to declare the promise to lease null and void.
