Condition -- Sellers' Relocation (60 Days)

Any promise to purchase received with respect to the present property shall be conditional upon the sellers finding a replacement property to their entire satisfaction, submitting a promise to purchase which is accepted by the seller of said property, and fulfilling all conditions contained in such promise to purchase.

The sellers shall have a period of sixty (60) days following acceptance of the promise to purchase to satisfy this condition.
Should the sellers fail to satisfy this condition within the prescribed delay, they may, by written notice to the buyer prior to the expiry of the delay, declare the promise to purchase null and void, without penalty or compensation on either side (except for reimbursement to the buyer of inspection fees, if applicable).
