- Unstructured block with a residential construction permit granted by the CPTAQ pursuant to the decision of April 11, 2012, and amended on April 1, 2014, and bearing file number 372362.

- Clearing of a maximum area of 2,000 square meters, including a single access road, is authorized if the prescribed percentage of natural space is respected, for the construction of all buildings used for residential purposes.

- Any land dedicated to residential use must at all times maintain a tree or shrub buffer strip with a minimum width of 10 meters, if existing, for any lot line adjacent to a field.

-Any groundwater catchment structure used for residential purposes must be located more than 30 meters from any lot line adjacent to a field.

According to Article 16 of the Brokerage Operation Regulations, in effect since June 10, 2022, buyers are recommended to be represented by a broker in a real estate transaction. The listing broker represents the seller; however, they may still conclude a transaction without the buyer being represented by another broker. In this case, the listing broker will provide the buyer, objectively and fairly, with relevant information regarding the transaction, particularly regarding the rights and obligations of all parties. In this case, the buyer will sign a notice stating that they are not represented by a broker. However, to be represented by the real estate broker of their choice for the drafting of a promise to purchase, the broker must have been present for all visits to the property.
